One interview with department manager, super quick and not super formal. They ask a few questions regarding availability and your experience, however I think the most important aspect they look at is availability as they are always so short-staffed

Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
Group interview in their office in oxford street, just had to complete tasks together. Did a presentation and problem solving. Heard back from them in a week that I had got the offer.
