ZS Associates Strategy Insight and Planning Associate interview questions

4 rounds 1. Screening with Recruiter - Talked about resume, ZS, and compensation expectations 2. Behavioral - Simple behavioral questions related to resume and previous experience 3. Unstructured Case - 1st part was about a project I led/supported in a lot of detail and asked about things I would change or improve if I were to do it again -2nd part was about opening a coffee shop and what things to consider (very conversational with my interviewer) 4. Structured Case - Hardest one for me. I have a background in engineering and don't know too much about growing a struggling business. Mostly interpreting the case information, analyzing graphs, and doing some drawn out calculation with %s of %s
