So basically there were 2 main rounds
1. The case study round
2. The Fit/HR interview
In the first round they give you a small booklet of 5-6 pages which consisted of 1 business case study. There were 9 questions and we had to write the answers and submit it in the first 30 minutes.
After that, they call you for a 1-1 interview and ask you questions about your answers of the case study. It's very logical and you just have to be clear on what you wrote.
After that, for the shortlisted candidates from the 1st round, the second round was the HR interview. A typical HR round. Questions like self-introduction, why ZS?, your projects, your extra curricular activities, some basic puzzles and guesstimates.
