ZS Associates Strategy Insights&Planning Associate interview questions

Process took roughly two months. The recruiter was very helpful in being transparent about the timeline and what to expect for each stage of the process. Interviews were separated into behavioral and case study parts. The first case study interview was a little different from others because they give you slides and it was not very interactive which made me anxious. The final interview round with the case study was better because it was in person but they focus on the confidence that you make assumptions and present findings. In the final round, they also had you do a short presentation for the case study which was difficult considering the time limit that you were given. The behavioral interviews for both the first and final round was fairly standard.
