I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZS Associates in Apr 2025
Interview
I interviewed for a position at ZS Associates, Pune, and cleared the initial rounds, including the case study. However, after that, I experienced a prolonged wait with no clear updates or feedback. Despite following up multiple times via email and phone, there was no proper response from the HR team.
ZS has a strong reputation in the industry, which is why the lack of communication was quite disappointing. A more transparent and responsive hiring process would greatly improve the candidate experience.
I still appreciate the company and the opportunities it offers, but I hope they work on improving their recruitment communication.
