The interview consisted of 2 phases
Phase 1
1.MCQ (easy Quant apti)
2.problem solving deep dive (given a case study of a company and we had to analyze and make a decision for the company)
3.video interview
Phase 2
1.case study (analyze a case study and debrief our approach)
2.Behavioral interview (probed on resume and problems like guesstimates brain teasers etc)

In campus beats program , first there is an online case which needs to be solved after which there is an OT after which you have round 1 case interview and then round 2 HR round

Being from a tech background they asked me why do i want to shift to consulting role
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
