Interview
There is a written aptitude test followef by online interview having pre recorded questions. Once you have qualified this you get an opportunity to visit their campus for further interview rounds. There are 3 rounds - Case study round, Resume probe round (includes guesstimates, puzzles and possibly some hr questions) and fit round(formality where hr questions are asked).

In campus beats program , first there is an online case which needs to be solved after which there is an OT after which you have round 1 case interview and then round 2 HR round

Being from a tech background they asked me why do i want to shift to consulting role
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
