I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ZS Associates
Interview
Mine was the campus hiring so it was a five round process which included four interviews, one of the interview was a video based interview which was checked by a computer only. ZS came to our campus for Decision Analytics Associate profile, it started with the first round of aptitude test which included questions from data interpretation to normal aptitude questions and then second round was the video based interview where there were eight questions and we had our answers recorded online and after that phase of testing most of the students were eliminated and then after that there were three rounds of interviews. First round was the Case study interview which went for around 55 to 60 minutes and then was the Behavioural interview which went for around 30 minutes and then final was the Fit interview which also went for about 25 minutes.
Case study round for ZS is unique because solving its case also include a lot of calculations and the interview mostly went on how did I made that particular recommendation or how did I came up with that particular number. Then it ended with the few guesstimate questions.
Behavioural interview included if you set off situations that interviewer gave me and asked me how would I respond to these situations. It also included few guesstimate questions.
Final was the Fit interview which included normal questions about me and about the internship that I have done and why would I want to join this particular company and so on.

Interview
I applied through the on campus recruiting site, Handshake. It was a fast interview process since there is only one round. I submitted my resume, attended a preinterview dinner where they gave a presentation on what to expect. The interview was 1.5 hours: 30 minutes behavioral, 30 minutes market sizing case study, 30 minutes open ended case study elevator question. Most of the interviewers were nice and they got back to me within a few days.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Berkeley, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
There was 1 round of interviews that took about an hour with 3 parts given by 3 different people: 1 unstructured case, 1 structured case, 1 behavioral. Nothing out of the ordinary was asked for the behavioral interview. The unstructured case was about how you would program an elevator. The structured case was very similar to a problem set.
