ZS Associates Decision Analytics Associate interview questions

It took 12 days from when I applied to when I got the offer. The HR person was super helpful and responsive, which is great. The interviewers were the friendliest and kindest ones I have ever encountered, I felt vibes with all 3 of them and connected well from the start of the interview. It was a 90 minute interview with 3 components of 30 minutes each- behavioural, structured case, unstructured case.

Applied online through handshake after speaking to someone at a career fair, and was selected for virtual interviews about 2 weeks later. Only 90 minutes total of interviewing, 30 structured case, 30 unstructured case, and 30 behavioral. Everyone I spoke to seemed intelligent and friendly. The structured case questions were all easy. The unstructured case question was extremely open ended, and hard to tell if it went well soon after. I got a call the afternoon after completing the interviews letting me know that I would be receiving an offer, with the actual offer letter arriving the next week.
