ZS Associates Decision Analytics Associate interview questions

I applied through referral. The whole interview process was conducted in two phases, all being the elimination round. Phase 1: 1. Apti round (40min 45ques) 2. Decision making ( 1 case study, 30 min 8 questions) 3. Video interview ( 10 sec questions reading 3 min answer recording, total 8 questions) Phase 2: 1. Case study round ( 1 hr. 9 questions on business problems, mainly data interpratation) & Interview on case study ( 1 hr, explain your logic and approach) 2. EBI + Fit round ( final interview 45 mins) The interview contained 4-5 unstructured problems like puzzles, guesstimates, etc along with in depth questions on your projects and discipline mentioned in CV
