Interview
Company's management is horrible. They are not sure of their requirements before interviewing, and do not give priority to the candidate's time. The interviewers are very unprofessional, and want to prove they're smarter than the interviewee, instead of assessing candidates on their skills. The HR is quite incompetent, and doesn't respond to emails of candidates in process. I can only imagine how she would treat others. They gave me good feedback after the onsite interview and said that they're trying to figure out the specif team and position to bring me in. They then asked me to remind them of my salary expectations again. I said the same figure I did in the first round with the recruiter. After that they sent a reject saying "the role didn't capitalize my skill-sets well". Well, ZS, if you don't have the positions or budget to bring people on board, please don't waste the candidate's time. The on-site last 6 hours. I had an awful time, and don't recommend this company to anyone. They are not established in their Data Science practices anyway.
