Interview
It was a campus recruitment process. The first filter was an online test, comprising of verbal ability, quantitative skills, logical reasoning and attention to detail. 50% competition eliminated.
This was followed by a Group Discussion. Only 20% competition eliminated in this stage. The next stage was the Case Interview. 30 minutes were given to solve the case, followed by a 40 minute presentation of your analysis. This round included a guesstimate. 50% competition eliminated in this stage
The next round was the behavioral test. It included questions on the resume, some general HR questions, another guesstimate and a difficult puzzle. 20% competition eliminated in this stage. Duration was roughly 30 minutes
The final round was done with the Managing Partner and the HR head. Lasted for 1 hour. All sorts of questions were asked. Resume based, experience based, rapid fire, fitment questions, quickfire quantitative questions. If you make it this far, you're almost in.

Interview
They are looking for smart people who can think on their feet. Be prepared to be caught off-guard. Get your basic business sense right and jump into the case study round. It involves both calculations and business sense. The consultant can ask you for answers to tweaked questions too. The behaviourial interview will judge your communications skills in the sense of how well you can present your points. You will be asked to quote examples where you showed a particular trait or an experience you have had. The manager also asks puzzles. Not very tough ones. Also, be prepared for guesstimates. Principal round is a mere formality. Unless you screw it up big time, you can be sure of the offer. Principal discusses about your motivation of joining, basic behaviourial questions and discusses about the company. Be calm. Be confident.

Interview
There was an initial aptitude test, on being short-listed, I was called for the interview process in the next week.
The interview started an hour later than the time mentioned. Also had to wait for the case discussion as the person supposed to interview me had not yet arrived.
The process consisted of 3 rounds:
1.Case Study- 30 minutes to solve and 20-30 minutes to discuss 1:1.
2.Behavioral Interview.
3.Cultural Fit.
