1st round case study. Fairly easy, about the frequency with which to visit doctors in order to maximize revenue for a new drug. 2nd round was on-site and consisted of a behavioral interview, a case problem packet (45 minutes to solve 4 questions, then another 45 minutes to discuss it with an interviewer), and a critical thinking interview where I explained a challenge I faced step by step.

Question 1
Please try to be as detailed as possible regarding the technical question, business case, etc.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ZS Associates
Interview
The second on site interview is 5 hours long. It has several components. You meet with one of the partners for the behavior section. Someone who had the current position I was interviewing then took me out to lunch. This person also writes a report about how the lunch went so don't let your guard down, however act casual and friendly. There is also another section when someone gives a demo of the tasks you will perform, this person might be young, and though it seems informal they will also write a report about how you acted during the demo. There is both a case study and verbal analytic study.

Question 1
For the second round: The most challenging component was the case interview. You have 40 minutes, when you are left alone to do about 4 questions. The questions are long and detailed. Their are many calculations so you must be careful to no make mistakes even if you understand the basic concepts they are asking.
