Applied at the end of November; 1st round scheduled on mid of Jan; later re-scheduled to 3rd week of Jan; 2nd round scheduled on mid of Feb; rejection on mid of March.
1st round: Technical and background verification round:
Interview went on 1 and half hour. They explained about themselves and I gave a self introduction. Questions were from my thesis. I thought this was the end of the interview process, but surprisingly they said there is a 2nd round of processing.
2nd round: Presentation round:
A topic was given for me to prepare and present in front of 5 people. The presentation was performed well for 15 min. At the end, there was Q&A session. All of them were shooting questions one after the other. All the questions were answered clearly.
Finally got rejection after one month of the interview. The position was for a graduate but they replied saying that they want someone with experience and they don't want to spend time on training someone. Too slow processing and a very bad experience that I want to erase from my memory.
