After doing a phone-call interview, they offered me a personal interview. We had an intense interview in Koblenz. At the end they offered me a position and gave a very positive feedback. They said they are quite flexible. But suddenly out of nowhere, the chief leader, not the team leaders, asked for another interview meeting. which was quite strange, because they had already accepted my application. After a long and frustrating trip to Koblenz once again, as they call it "Final Meeting", they simply reject my application without any single reasons. I found it quite disappointing and unprofessional, because they simply changed their mind in couple of weeks as was also surprising for the recruiter.
