ZF Group interview questions

First level of interview was simple, and the interviewed was very professional, nice and friendly. Second level of interview was scheduled but cancelled with no prior notification. I got to know of the cancellation when i joined the call and nobody else joined. When i called to ask why nobody joined the call for interview, they said that they will reschedule the interview, to accommodate the panel's availability. They did not even bother to inform me. They even asked me to submit my docs for verification before the second interview (which they cancelled), saying that they would like to accelerate the hiring process. No further interview was scheduled and they stopped picking up calls and replying to any mails. Both HRs - Venkatesh and Monica were highly unprofessional and unethical. Asking for someone's personal documents for no purpose! I would recommend you to be cautions of you are approached by them.

Traditional STAR questions asking about times you succeeded in a task, times you had disagreements with coworkers and your approach/philosophy on problem solving. Overall a positive interview with generic to be expected questions.
