ZF Group interview questions

2.5 hours. Initially with the direct supervisor and then with team members separately. The first one hour was technical. I was asked to explain about an assembly process with part in hand to test my basic engineering knowledge. The group interview with team members were completely behavioral.

It was a panel interview with 4 different managers, nothing fancy very casual. Most of it consisted in talking about yourself; situational questions and how do you handle problems and stressful situations. Make sure they know you are a team person and make your research about the company’s values and accomplishments.
