I applied online. I interviewed at ZEISS Group (München, Bavaria)
Interview
I had just initial call with HR. Horrible experience. Interviewer had zero empathy and and looked angry. Generally feeling that she was in hurry. Zero introduction about the company. She just shoot out question after question and writing down the replies. When I applied in the form there was a field with Expected Salary, that I submitted. She asked me about the salary and I told the same that I filled, and she started questioning that was too high and that people that ask high salaries are putting the company in a difficult position... and that the position I was applying was basically at the same level of my current one, I should not expect an increase/ What??? so I should change job keeping the same salary just for the sake of switching? and maybe then to change again after 1 year or less? this will help the company for sure, right? One of the worst recruiter I ever met.
