Einladung nach Jena standort,
um persönlich mit Managern und Architekten zu treffen.
Es war ein ganz normaler Interviewprozess.
Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es gut laufen wird.
Aber nach 1 Woche wurde ich abgelehnt.
Am Ende war es eine gute Erfahrung mit dem Vorstellungsgespräch, weil sie so schnell zurückgekommen sind.

1) phone - screening - limited technical discussion, small team via MS Teams 2) On Site Interview - in depth technical interview with simple questions and challenging discussion. Very nice team 3) phone MS teams too - personal fit and softer topics
