HR came too late - they forgot about the interview. HR wasn‘t focused on the conversation. 2nd interview with colleague from the team on role. Good conversation with examples from current role, which would apply for new role.

The interview process took 3 rounds.
First was a phone interview, which was about general information, mutual introduction,
Then in person which take around 2-3 hours, which is a lot deeper into actual professional skills.
Lastly was an interview with HR for organizational processes.
