Es war eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, ich hatte das Gespräch mit meinen beiden Vorgesetzten. Wichtig war ehrlich rüber zu kommen. Mir wurde auch die Produktionsfläche gezeigt. Sehr freundlich alle, hatte ein gutes Gefühl nach dem Gespräch.

Interview
I was interviewed for the Praktikum for Leadership Development position, interview was in English and was held online, lasted about 30 minutes. I was sent the invite for it about a week ago

Question 1
They send an email beforehand asking for :
- University and work references (including Transcript of Records)
-Nationality/citizenship
- Current status of residence permit/work permit (permanent/temporary) - please also send us the additional sheet (Visa document)
-Explanation of any time gaps in your CV
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at ZEISS Group (Oberkochen) in Mar 2024
Interview
Video interview, after applying and they showed interest in offering a custom internship assignment. Then a video interview got arranged where my supervisor and me got introduced. Lastly they determined that I was a good fit for an assignment and I got told a week later that they would like to proceed.
It was quite easy. The first two rounds were a phone call interview. The last round is yet to be conducted. They are flexible and understanding. Support to the students is seen.
