First phone interview with recruiter. The interview took around half an hour and was very friendly. The second interview was conducted with hiring managers. It took an hour total. First half hour interview about personal fit. Second half hour case study interview.

HR rep first reaches out via email to set up initial phone screen. After, you get the chance to talk to your hiring manager and other members do the
team. HR needs to do better at being transparent with applicants. I also had to reschedule a five minute call with HR that fully could have been avoided or postponed to an earlier date if they were better organized.
