Hiring manager have good knowledge on technical, quite a nice person to talk with and he try to select the correct candidate to work with. He is explain to me nicely the benefit and working culture of the company.

The interview is basically to test your understanding of the company and the industry. You just have to research more about their products and show interest in the industry. The interviewer is most likely your department head and for me, he is very friendly and encouraging with his words and advices given after I answer each of his questions.
