Interview
There were two sets of interviews. But before that there was a writing test days before. The first interview was with a panel of other technical writers who asked a combination of situational and personality type questions. Once you pass that, on the same day, I got the second and final interview with the department manager and a technical expert.

Question 1
They mostly asked about the work experiences that you've had in similar roles and whether you are familiar with DITA authoring.
