Interview
Hour long interview. Began with behavioral and situational questions, then went to technical aspects of the interview such as modeling a part in Solidworks and wire harness questions about various different connectors.

Name a time when you had a conflict with one of your co-workers and how did you go about resolving the conflict
The interview process was pretty straightforward. There was only one round of interviews that took place at the office. The two hiring managers I interviewed with were really nice. They gave me a tour of the office once the interview was done.

When was a time that you had conflict on a team and how did you handle it?
An easy basic interview with two managers, applied online first, had an in-person interview (this was before the pandemic), asked basic questions mostly about projects I have worked on before. All communication was done through email.
I got a call from the HR representative
We set up a date for the interview
I got a good welcome and description of the position and the company
Then we passed to the question with the HR first then to technical aspect with the department head.
