The interview process began with an initial meeting with the recruiter over the phone to discuss my background, experience, and interest in the role. Shortly after, I was scheduled for a virtual interview with the Supervisor, Manager, and Department Manager. Following the online interview, I completed an in-person meeting with the remaining managers to further discuss the position, team dynamics, and overall fit within the organization.
