I have received and email with the open position, I applied online and also sent my email to the person in charge. I was interviewed via phone conference by the supervisor of Chapter Managers, followed by an interview with the chairs of the chapter

There were 3 interviews total. You interview first with chapter chair and Ed officer and finally with members of the chapter board which is about 15 people. You then meet and interview with the current manager.
