Interview
Skype telecon, followed by a short test on skype, followed by F2F in the bangalore office.
Ridiculous, zero communication HR. They don't bother to notify you on the status of your candidature even after multiple mails. They would suddenly call for a scheduled interview / telecon on an urgent basis, and again go silent post that. One of the worst HR and interview process ever! The questions asked are all subjective, it is in no way going to measure one's skills or potential for the role. I did not expect this from Xiaomi India office! You have to restructure your studio with the right HR and with people who know how to conduct an interview.
