Xiaomi interview questions

The Interview Process was lengthy and was primarily involved with my current job role. I went through 5 Rounds of Interview with State Head, National Program Manager, National Retail Manager, Regional Manager and finally the negotiation round. The process was more than 1 month and though the questions will grill one - but if one has done the right work in his current profile, it should not be difficult

It was very difficult but good one. Questions were basic but conceptual one, I answer mostly all of them and selected for Human Resource round. There were 5 members in panel
