Online interview 4 rounds by one collegue, line manager, manager and HR. each last 30mins to 45mins. it takes 1 month for the interview process. They use lark app for interviews. There were many candidates.
Interview process is long and can take months. There will be multiple level and cross functional rounds. The HQ team shall also be involved. Final decision shall be based on mutual discussion with India and HQ

Interview
Normally it would be 3-4 rounds, starting w/ a peer interview (someone from your BD team), then a supervisor interview (your direct supervisor), and then a senior supervisor interview (depending on your position level). There will also be a cross-team interview (normally someone from the product team) to assess your cross-functional communication skills. The HR normally would not handle the interview. But they shall reach you once you get the offer to negotiate the package.
