Xiaomi Community Manager interview questions

I was approached online by the recruiter, who set up an interview a few days later. Immediately after the interview, they sent me a test, which I completed within the allotted time. Then I waited over a month: the recruiter refused to respond to emails or messages. Five weeks later he finally got back to me and said I wasn't a good fit for the role with no additional feedback. Totally unprofessional.
