The interview process was rather straight forward, if they like you, you'll get a 2nd interview. Not long and arduous like some. It greatly depends on the position your applying for, if perhaps its managerial the interview process may be more detailed.

What are your strengths, weaknesses and such, personally and professionally
Not good. Not very professional. Was not detailed or thorough. Would look elsewhere. They did not appear to want to talk to me even though I have a vast amount of experience in this industry and can bring tremendous value to it.
The stress level of Würth Electronic interview was average. They make you feel comfortable before starting the interview. The interview starts with personal introduction and then the technical questions. Just be yourself and be confident while answering the questions.
