It was an easy interview, felt like it went well and that I would hear back. However, not a surprise, I was ghosted. No email letting me know that they were going to continue the process without me. Why can't part of the interview process be tact from both sides??? I took the time to apply, at least let me know I am rejected up front. It's the respectful thing to do. Thank goodness I was ghosted as this is not a place I would like to work.
