The interview process consisted of three rounds: two technical and one HR. The technical rounds focused on in-depth project discussions, SQL queries, AWS services, and resolving Git conflicts. Candidates were also assessed on data structures and algorithms, including variations of the SWP (Sliding Window Problem), Fibonacci sequence patterns, and logic puzzles. Practical problem-solving skills were emphasized. The HR round evaluated communication, team fit, and work ethic. Each round was structured to assess both technical depth and soft skills.
