Had the first online interview, then after two weeks proceeded to the one on one interview.
After which I was invited for another interview, and a final offer was made

after almost a month from applying online, I have received a call telling me that I've been selected to do the written test. it's a 02 hours test with 05 questions (04 in English and 01 in French- French is required in the job description, however English is a plus!-)

Question 1
Tell us about your professional experience that qualifies you for this position (20 point)
we are receiving a delegation of a major donor to oversee the implementation activities of the project. Describe briefly what should be done before,during and after the visit (35 point)
Excel sheet , you are asked to reproduce the table on an excel sheet and do some basic calculations (sum, addition…) and then interpret the result and explain whether the budget would be sufficient for another project ( Question in French)

Interview
The whole process took 7 months - after several tests and interviews. It was first a technical test, self interview (recorded through an application), language test, panel interview. It was an incredibly long process.
