The process includes resume selection, and a screening test, after which they will test your analytical behavior, then your interview, and then the final interview of the shortlisted candidate. After this process, the final recruitment team will call for the job.

The overall interview process was very pleasant. I interviewed with the hiring manager and Head of Office. They get a lot of applications so I think what stood out to them was showing that you know the work that they do (especially that particular office or division as it is a large organization), understand the operations and are passionate about the cause.
