Interview
The recruitment process was in 2 stages, an exam and an interview. The exam was rigorous. It lasted for 3 hours and the questions were very tasking.
They tested my knowledge of excel and programme planning.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at World Food Programme in Aug 2022
Interview
Three interviews. First with an HR lady. Then with subject matter experts. And lastly with the head of the division.
A generic competency based interview only took place on the second round.
Overall very good experience from my point of view. Professional, to the point and good spirited interactions with all people involved. And active communications outside of the interview rounds.

Interview
The interview involved two phases, including a written portion and a verbal portion. Both the written and verbal interview questions were based on previous job experiences and technical knowledge, and particularly heavy on technical questions.
