Question 1
What is my experience with deadlines? Can I talk about WFP? Why do I want to work for their team?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Food Programme (München, Bavaria) in Mar 2023
Interview
Invitation to a video interview soon after having applied to the position. Interviewer was courteous, friendly and very professional. Behavioral questions-based interview. Interviewer was very transparent about the role, the organization, the conditions (contractual and salary), which I appreciated because the conditions at an International Organization are a bit difficult to comprehend if you're used to how things work in the private sector. Gave me a good impression overall. The one thing I did not appreciate was that after taking the time for the interview, the World Food Programme only sends generic rejections from a donotreply e-mail address, not even personally from the recruiter. This could be improved.
