We were given an aptitude test which was mostly mathematics and statistics as well as general knowledge to test the IQ. The aptitude test was not related to the job I was applying for so that was quite off putting and surprising. However, it made me realize that not all interviews will be related to your technical work so it's important to be informed all round.

The process takes 3-4 months. It involves an online technical exam, the panel interview, which will also be conducted online, and finally the job offer. The status of your application will always be updated through their portal, so you will know if they will proceed with your application or not.

The interview process lasted 40 mins and consisted of 5 questions. Prior to the interview there was a written assessment. The interview is conducted by a panel. The question consisted of CBI questions. It was online, it was a good interview
