It involves an online technical exam and some have mathematical problems which can bet ricky and also it goes by fast the panel interview, which will also be conducted online, and finally the job offer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Food Programme in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview was held on Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and the team manager. The team manager asked most of the questions and focused mainly on what was written on my SOP. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

What can you provide to the WFP’s humanitarian approach?
I had a really pleasant experience during my WFP internship interview. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The interview lasted around 30-45 minutes, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal assessment.
Too many math questions that don’t match the job description . For an internship job the aptitude tests are unfair ( but then again , it’s how they shortlist people)
