They contacted me for an interview after 4 months, and I was told what I was being interviewed for (there were several positions within the division) at that moment. It was a panel interview, which felt like an interrogation. I did not get a positive response, but it took them another month or more to tell me that through an automatic decline message.

Question 1
Given that I was not told before exactly what they were interviewing for in the beginning, I prepared for the division's general work, however I was asked specific questions to the role.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Food Programme in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview was held on Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and the team manager. The team manager asked most of the questions and focused mainly on what was written on my SOP. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Question 1
What can you provide to the WFP’s humanitarian approach?
I had a really pleasant experience during my WFP internship interview. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The interview lasted around 30-45 minutes, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal assessment.
Too many math questions that don’t match the job description . For an internship job the aptitude tests are unfair ( but then again , it’s how they shortlist people)
