I did an online written test - stage one but wasn't successful to proceed. Was on short notice and wasn't well prepared. Feedback given immediately which is good. Hoping to do better next time
The entire process took several weeks. The communication was clear and concise and each step was explained. It started with an aptitude test then a technical written test then an oral competency based interview. Between each level was about three to four weeks.

Round 1: Written Exam including excel questions and job related questions
Round 2 (after 2 weeks of round 1) : Competency based interview with 03 panel members.
The result of the interview was conveyed after around 3 weeks of round 2 through an email

Interview consisted of 3 panelists that were friendly. Questions were about educational backgrounds, job specific questions. The questions were behavioral questions like how to handle multiple task, how to deal with difficult situations, how to implement change.
