2 times. Before them, professional skill testing and health check up result were required to submit. Japanese international cooperation Agency conducted the interview because the program was part of jica programme (Japan overseas cooperation volunteers: JOCV). TOEIC test score was required to submit preliminary.
Interview process was quick and competency based questions were asked. a mix of competency and technical questions. the hiring manager with HR and one other unit representative were in the panel. Warm welcome, friendly behavior
It was a normal competency-based interview (CBI) conducted by the UN. It was online using the Microsoft Teams application and that can be prepared with sample questions that last about 30 minutes.
