I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at World Food Programme (Nairobi) in Jun 2019
Interview
First, I applied the job online . Then waited for about 6 weeks and three days when I received an email that informing me on when I'll be having an online assessment test and how to prepare. I had like 4 days. So I prepared and on the said date and time, there was a delay, then I emailed the address reminding them of my assignment schedule. After a short while the link was sent. When I opened it, I realized that all the 20 questions were mathematical mostly presented in statements form. I did the best I could but they were quite tough given the short timing and I was to complete within the 25mins otherwise I directly get disqualified. I am still waiting for an email that would inform whether or not I will be moving to the next stage of the hiring process.

Interview
Not as I expected. It started with a written test which required knowledge in agriculture and also other questions about our proficiency in using power point and Ms Word. You'll be given an hour to complete everything and that should be enough time.
Assessment was computer based. The Assessment was carried out by imocha, a pre-employment selection company. The process is proctor. You are expected to have a very strong Internet connection and ensure the room is properly lighted with no one present in the room as that can be taken as malpractice.
