The interview process includes multiple phases and typically include panel interviews. Interviews can be in different multiple languages and can include written and data analytics depending on the requirements of the position.
Panel with 5 people and everyone is really friendly. Interview was in several languages since they were all required for the position and it lasted 45 minutes with 5 minutes for questions from my side.

2nd interview with unit/department manager, questions related to program vision and strategy.
3rd interview with country office management, more to confirm if fit to work in the region/country and to formalize selection
