Hour long interview conducted over the phone with two WB representatives. Both were extremely professional and responsive. Emphasis was placed on one's ability to think and make educated arguments. Overall, very positive experience.

There was a first round behavior followed by one super day. The super day had multiple people interviewing and each one asking about 2 questions each, mostly behavior but a few technical here and there.
