Phone call with two Doing Business consultants where they would ask more about personal background and communication abilities, not really a skill evaluation. They would then ask you on which indicator you would prefer to work in Doing Business, so a knowledge of the report and methodology is warmly suggested.

After an online application I was called for one phone interview with two interviewers. They asked about my skills and tested language skills with questions that were not obvious. Got an offer a couple of weeks after said interview.
