Interview
I got in through college placements so the interview was pretty chill. I was asked about some basic Java concepts and whether I worked in a team before, whether I worked as a leader before. I was also told that when I join Wipro I might not get the role I desire so to be prepared to accept any role that I get based on demand.
Good talent acquisition involves building a strong candidate pipeline, developing employer branding, and using various strategies to attract and hire the right talent. This includes proactive sourcing, a positive candidate experience, and leveraging data to improve hiring processes, ultimately supporting organizational success.
It was a great interview experience. I was asked a lot of technical questions on SQL and SAS programming language. Also, I was asked to write a few SQL queries based on real time scenarios.
