Situation Based:
Q.1
"Imagine you are a new hire in a team of five members, and your manager assigns a task that must be completed within a strict deadline. How would you approach this situation and ensure the task is delivered successfully?"
Q.2
"Now, suppose one of your teammates falls ill and cannot continue for a few days. Since you have experience in a similar tech stack, your manager asks if you can take over their responsibilities temporarily. How would you respond to this request, keeping in mind that the team consists of members with different technical skill sets?"
Q3.
"Let’s say you agree to take on the additional work. Over time, this becomes a trend, and whenever someone is unavailable, your manager relies on you to handle their tasks as well. How would you deal with this situation? What would be your stance, and how would you balance supporting the team with maintaining fairness and your own workload?"
