Interview
One technical phone interview where quite basic questions with respect to your area of technology/domain are asked. The interviewer would most probably be a person junior to the role that you are applying for. Take the questions confidently and sometime the questions would be incorrect. So you can debate over it.
The next round is usually a HR interview done either onsite or on skype. Salary gets discussed in this round.

How would you manage a situation where your boss does not like you?
I was good and technical interview. The interviewer was technically adept too. We discussed for around 30 minutes. The discussion was mainly about roles and resposibilities and how I would fit in the organisation
Technical round 1 Skype interview - Basic interview question related to core java, spring framework, jpa, hibernate etc.
Technical round 2 Face to face interview
Manager round 3 Process, existing project, roles and responsibility
